Metal Fabrication
Six core capabilities — from CNC laser cutting, sheet-metal forming and TIG/MIG welding to powder coating and hot-dip galvanising. We serve contract furniture, automotive parts, industrial equipment and railings & structures.
CNC Laser Cutting
2000W fiber laser cutting steel, stainless and aluminium up to 6mm. ±0.1mm precision. Railings, gates, partitions and sheet-metal components.
Sheet Metal Forming
200-tonne press, 3m press brake, tube rolling. Steel/SUS304/SUS201/aluminium 0.5–6mm. CKD/SKD container packaging.
Powder Coating
12m × 1.5m × 2m oven, RAL colour chart with 200+ shades. Automotive parts, steel structures and contract furniture.
Welding & Assembly
TIG/MIG/spot welding. 20+ welders certified to 6G. Steel/SUS/aluminium frames and large structural assemblies.
Custom Metal Structures
CAD design and 3D rendering. Steel structures, cable trays, steel cages and rack systems built to drawing.
Surface Treatment
Hot-dip galvanising, aluminium anodising, electroplating and anti-rust treatment for outdoor applications.
Office Furniture (OEM)
Contract furniture for export projects — walnut, plywood and MDF desks; steel-frame swivel chairs; cold-rolled steel filing cabinets. MOQ from 100 units, container-ready.
Executive Desks
Executive desks in walnut wood / walnut veneer. Mass production 100–500 units per order.
Office Chairs
Chrome-plated steel-frame swivel chairs with mesh back or PU leather. BIFMA test passed.
Meeting Tables
Steel-leg meeting tables, oval or rectangular, sized to the project. 1.8m to 6m.
Filing Cabinets
4–5 drawer steel cabinets with combination or smart lock. EN 14073 standard.
Training Furniture
Folding training desks and chairs, racket type, stackable. For training centres and schools.
Reception Furniture
Reception counters, stainless-steel/leather waiting-area chairs. Modular design, on-site assembly.
