CNC Laser Cutting
2000W fiber laser cutting steel, stainless and aluminium 0.5–6mm to ±0.1mm tolerance. Railings, gates, art-deco screens, signage and precision sheet-metal components to CAD.

200-tonne hydraulic press + 3m CNC brake, with in-house tool & die making. Steel, SUS, aluminium 0.5–6mm for automotive parts, contract furniture and retail fixtures.

12m × 1.5m × 2m curing oven running 200 units/hour. Akzo Nobel Interpon premium powder in 200+ RAL shades. ASTM B117 1,000h salt-spray tested.

Submit CAD, drawings or reference samples. We return DFM feedback + tolerance analysis within 24h. NDA protects your IP.
Quote & Tooling
Full cost breakdown with material, labour, finish, tooling and packaging clearly itemised. Tooling paid once — buyer owns the tool.
Sample approval
1–50 sample units in 7–21 days. Photos, video and QC report shared with buyer. DHL/FedEx worldwide in 3–7 days.
Production & export
Mass production with 100% inline QC. PSI by SGS/TUV on request. Container FOB HCMC · CIF · DDP with full documentation.
