Quotation
Itemised cost breakdown: material + labour + finish + tooling + packaging + freight. Valid 30 days. Tooling listed separately — owned by buyer after full payment.
Pre-production sample
1–50 units in 7–21 days. Full photo/video QC report shared for approval. DHL/FedEx delivery worldwide in 3–7 days.
Mass production
100% inline QC per ISO 9001:2015. Third-party PSI (SGS / TUV / BV / Intertek) available on buyer request before shipment.
Packaging & export
ISPM-15 wooden crate or 5-ply export carton. 20/40HC container. FOB Ho Chi Minh City · CIF · DDP. Full documentation set (C/O, BL, packing list, CoA).
IP protection & NDA
Buyer IP is strictly protected throughout the engagement.
